Koba ran experiment hyper-speed flight experiments for the development of a new mecha.

DASH rocked to the BAD SCANNERS concert, the hottest band on the scene, from the operations room. Suddenly, an unidentified flying object appeared on the radar screen. Koba scrambled in his jet to make contact. At the rendezvous point, he encountered a giant object that looked like a huge jet.

Kaito came to the conclusion that HEIREN showed up at near the concert venue of BAD SCANNERS when they played. HEIREN was responding to the band’s music!
