A group of kids arrived at the DASH HQ, Base Titan for a tour. Among them is Masayuki, a boy with aspirations to be a member of DASH in future. Koba arrived late in front of these kids, and was chided by Masayuki, “you can’t protect earth if you’re late".

When the kids were finishing their tour and about to leave, a kaiju appears.

Being able to travel between dimensions, even Elly is unable to predict where the kaiju Metasisas will appear next. Whenever Koba and Sean were about to attack, it would just disappear.

However, by looking through his handphone, Masayuki is able to predict where the kaiju next appears… Having let the kaiju escape, Koba returns to the kids, only to have Masayuki say to him, “Koba is a failure".

Later, an analaysis of Metasisas was made, the conclusion was that currently, it is impossible to determine where it will next appear.

Koba decides to approach Masayuki, seeking the reason why he is able to predict where Metasisas appears. But Masayuki is unwilling to tell “Koba the failure” anything. During this time, Max is having a hard time fighting Metasisas.

Will the determined Koba be able to open up Masayuki’s heart?
