In my opinion, Dyna and Max has the most beautiful beams. Max's beam is multi coloured where
as Dyna's soft and transparent. Pretty, yes?

agree with the 2 beautiful color beams. As for the question how many times they can fire it. Ultraman fired 3 times at Aboras with his beam. I sure that other ultras have fired their beams more than once i just cant think of any other instance other than the Aboras one.

In some episodes, the ultra did fire his specium more than once at a monster but has little or
no effect on it. This is because the ultra fired his specium too prematurely at the monster as
it is still not weakened enough or the monster is just too strong. Some monsters do absorb
the specium ray and this a waste of precious energy for the ultra. To effectively destroy the
monster, the ultra can fires his specium when the monster is in the most weakened state
or when it is caught with its guard down.

Its an unwritten rule, is an ultra fires his weapon too soon, it will never work, if said ultra fires it when his colour timer blinks, it will work 99% of the time.

The reason why ultraman can sucessfully uses his specium to destroy a monster when his colortimer
is blinking is because the show is coming to a wrap.   LOL

back when i was younger i thought when the color timer started to blink it didnt mean danger, it just meant the ultra has a full limit break bar to fire his specium beam( too much FF7) LOL

Speaking of colortimer, how powerful do you suppose the blast from the colortimer really is compare to specium?
Ace, Leo, 80, Nexus and now Zero are the ultras that I have seen using it.
